Can I receive a quotation over the phone?
It is virtually impossible to quote a job over the phone or with pictures. For us to accurately quote you of the cost of the work, it is important that we carry out a site inspection. This also gives us a chance to carry out an initial risk assessment, to evaluate the access and to discuss accurately the work you wish to be carried out. We offer free no obligation quotations that are at a time suitable for you.
I live on a busy/dangerous road, how will the traffic be dealt with?
This is not a problem at all. The relevant Highways regulations will be followed and we make the relevant people aware and arrange the appropriate traffic control.
Can I request to have to keep the wood for logging?
We are more than happy to leave you the wood for logging if asked to. We will endeavour to cut the logs into manageable sizes for you to handle.
What is a tree preservation order (TPO)?
A Tree Preservation Order is an order made by a local planning authority to protect specific trees in the interests of amenity. The order prohibits any wilful damage of trees without the local planning authority’s written consent. If consent is given, it can sometimes be subject to conditions that have to be followed.
We are happy to deal with all the necessary authorities on your behalf and carry out the relevant paperwork to gain permission for your tree work to be carried out safely within the accordance of the local planning authority.
